What if my artwork arrives damaged?

  • It’s very rare … but sometimes things go sideways in the mail. I want you to love your new piece, not be disappointed.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, here’s what to do:

    1. Email me right away at info@megsmithdesign.com with the words “Damaged Artwork” in the subject line.

    2. Include three photos:

      • The full front of the piece

      • The barcode on the back

      • A close-up of the damage

  • Once I get your email and photos, I’ll get a replacement out to you as soon as possible — no long waits.
